Wasted Energy a Thing of the Past

The environment and Tufts Cove Power Plant in Dartmouth, NS, are benefiting from the plan by Nova Scotia Power Inc. to invest $93 million in a waste heat recovery project. New technology is put in place to capture otherwise wasted energy from their natural gas-fired units. This will generate more energy without using much additional fuel in the process.
